GOPAC calls to tackle corruption and promote better climate governance and transparency: COP26

Climate change is defined by the United Nations as the long-term shifts in temperatures and weather patterns. Even though these shifts may be natural, they have been accentuated by human actions. Warmer temperatures, more severe storms, rising sea levels, melting glaciers are some consequences of climate change. Aware of the threat climate change poses to the human race, the United Nations has initiated the United Nations Climate Change Conference, which gathers world leaders to take concrete measures to slow down the effects of climate change.
